I enjpoyed being able to read the transcript while the video was playing. It helped to clarify what the instructor was saying.

So far this is a comprehensive and clear course, and the content feels appropriate for an introductory course.

This course has helped me brush up on my technical writing and I have good notes to reference in the future.

There are times that the audio is hard to hear because of low volume but overall, it's understandable.
